Property owners
How to have a property removed.
If you own a property and would rather it did not appear in our data, email privacy@crierdata.com with the address and postcode. That is all we need.
- You do not need to give a reason.
- You will not be asked to prove ownership beyond what is necessary to identify the property correctly.
- The property is added to a permanent suppression list and removed from every future file.
- Current customers are notified that it must not be used further.
- We respond within one month, and usually within a few days.
The suppression is permanent by design. Once a property is on that list it stays there, even if the certificate is re-lodged or the property reference changes.
If you would like to know what we hold about a property first, ask — we will tell you, and you can decide afterwards.
